Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size, and add items to your cart. Checkout is quick and secure — we accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfilment process and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at info@mensedit.gr if you need to make a change.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery within Greece takes 2–4 business days. International orders are delivered within 5–10 business days depending on destination. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery fees and timeframes vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

How do I return an item?

Contact us at info@mensedit.gr with your order number and we will send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

What if I order the wrong size?

We are happy to exchange for a different size within 28 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us and we will arrange everything for you.

Are all products authentic?

Absolutely. Every item we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorised brand distributors. We stand behind the provenance of every piece in our collection.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We occasionally restock popular styles. Use the "Notify Me" option on any sold-out product page and we will email you as soon as it becomes available again.

Disputes & Complaints

What if I have an unresolved complaint?

We always aim to resolve any issue directly. If we are unable to do so to your satisfaction, you may contact the Hellenic Consumers' Ombudsman or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
