Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — your order is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to decline any order in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices on mensedit.gr are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (24% within the EU). We reserve the right to update our prices at any time; price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. All transactions are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers under SSL encryption. We do not store full card details.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. For full delivery timeframes and costs, see our Shipping Policy.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU Directive 2011/83 and Greek Law 2251/1994 (άρθρο 3ι §2), you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@mensedit.gr within this period. As a goodwill extension we offer 28 days. Full procedure: Returns & Refund Policy.

Statutory Warranty (2 Years)

All goods sold on mensedit.gr are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty under Greek Law 4967/2022 (transposing EU Directive 2019/771). If a product develops a defect within this period that is not the result of normal wear, misuse, or damage, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund. To claim warranty, contact us at info@mensedit.gr with your order number and a description of the issue. The 2-year warranty applies in addition to, and separately from, the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Intellectual Property

All content on mensedit.gr — images, product descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of GTOUR SERVICES Ε.Ε. or its licensed suppliers and is protected under Greek Law 2121/1993 and applicable EU directives. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Greek law, GTOUR SERVICES Ε.Ε. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or the products purchased through it. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services in question. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Greek Law 2251/1994 or Greek Law 4967/2022.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, government action, strikes, war, terrorism, communications failures, or supply chain disruption.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or from purchases made on it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance at info@mensedit.gr. We aim to resolve complaints amicably within 14 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the following Greek out-of-court mechanisms remain available:

  • Hellenic Consumers’ Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή): www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr
  • General Secretariat of Trade & Consumer Protection: www.efpolis.gr
  • Mediation under Greek Law 4640/2019 for civil and commercial disputes.

If no amicable solution is reached, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
