28-Day Returns

We allow 28 days from the date of delivery to return any item. We believe this is the right window for considered purchases — enough time to be certain, without compromise.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 2011/83. This legal right applies independently of — and in addition to — our 28-day returns policy above.

To exercise it, inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by a clear statement (for example, an email to info@mensedit.gr). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we are informed, and we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or proof of return is provided. Return conditions, costs, and exceptions are as set out elsewhere on this page.

Condition

To be eligible, returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition — all tags attached, original packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

How to Return

Contact our team within 28 days of receiving your order at info@mensedit.gr or +30 694 084 6023. Include your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and guide you through each step.

Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the credit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or wish to exchange for another piece, contact us directly. We handle exchanges personally and will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless faulty. Final sale items are non-returnable.
