We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, we will do everything we can to make it right.

Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83 and Greek Law 2251/1994, you have a statutory right to withdraw from any distance purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. This is a legal right that cannot be waived or restricted.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order — by email at info@mensedit.gr or any other clear written statement. No reason is required. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the goods, and we will refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

Within the statutory withdrawal period, the only items excluded are those sealed for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Our Extended Returns Policy

As a gesture of goodwill, we extend the return period to 28 days from the date of delivery. Items returned under our extended policy must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns under our extended policy that do not meet these conditions. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is not affected by any such refusal.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible under our extended policy (your statutory rights within 14 days remain unaffected):

  • Underwear and swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Return

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email us at info@mensedit.gr within your return window — 14 days for statutory withdrawal, or 28 days under our extended policy. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within one business day with your return authorisation and full instructions.

Step 2 — Pack Your Item

Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, or in packaging that provides an equivalent level of protection. Ensure all tags remain attached and include your return authorisation details inside the parcel.

Step 3 — Ship Your Return

Send your return using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received incorrectly, arrived damaged, or you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal (in which case you bear the direct cost of return). We are unable to accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Your Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our part or you are exercising your statutory withdrawal right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@mensedit.gr before returning it. We will check availability and, where possible, reserve your preferred option. If the item you require is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@mensedit.gr. Include a description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and cover all associated return shipping costs.

Governing Law

This returns policy is governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under EU consumer protection law.
