Shipping Policy

Every order placed at Mensedit.gr is prepared and dispatched with the same care we bring to everything we do. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your pieces reach you quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email as soon as your order has been handed to our courier.

Delivery Timeframes

Greece

Standard delivery within Greece is typically completed within 2–4 business days from dispatch.

European Union

Delivery to EU countries typically takes 3–6 business days from dispatch.

International

For destinations outside the EU, please allow 5–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on local customs procedures.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order weight. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over €300 within Greece, and on international orders over €500.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time through our courier's website. If you have any questions about your order status, our team is always available at info@mensedit.gr.

Failed or Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot. Most couriers will attempt delivery up to two additional times. If the parcel is not collected or re-delivery cannot be arranged within the courier's holding period, it will be returned to us.

If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment costs will apply. If you would prefer a refund instead, we will refund the product value but not the original shipping charge.

Packaging

Each order is carefully packed to protect your purchase during transit. Select pieces arrive in our signature Mensedit packaging, designed to be kept or used for gifting.

Risk and Responsibility

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83, risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you at the moment of physical delivery — when you, or a person you have designated, takes physical possession of the goods.

If goods are damaged or lost during transit before delivery to you, the risk remains with us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at info@mensedit.gr within 48 hours if any damage is noted.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be levied upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable rates before placing your order.
